    A weekly sanctuary to release the weight of your day and remember what calm feels like. Through slow somatic movement, breathwork, and deep guided relaxation, this class helps your nervous system shift from overdrive into ease. Not yoga. Not fitness. Just permission to rest. Includes cacao & herbal tea.

    A 2-hour introduction to nervous system regulation through somatic movement, breathwork, and deep rest.

    This is a taster of the work I do every Thursday evening in my weekly Settle the Storm classes - with a slightly more educational spin so you understand what's happening in your body and why these practices work.

    The Quiet is a somatic movement workshop held in the woodland at Milton Country Park. We move gently, breathe deeply, and let the nervous system do what it's been trying to do all along — settle.

    You'll leave slower than you arrived. Softer in places that have been braced for longer than you realise. Breathing more fully. Carrying less. Not fixed — but lighter, more present, more yourself.
