Welcome to Ashwild 🌿

Ashwild Healing Arts & Wellness is a sanctuary for those ready to return home to themselves — slowly, gently, and with wild intention.

We offer nervous system-informed practices, creative expression, and somatic support rooted in trauma awareness and sacred presence. Every offering is designed to meet you where you are and move with you as you reclaim your rhythm, your body, and your power.

I’m Nikki, your Wellness Facilitator 💫

Creative, space-holder, mother, and creative soul. I bring together my academic background, lived experience, and holistic training to offer support that’s grounded, intuitive, and responsive.

I’ve worked with people of all ages and abilities — in classrooms, in fields, on yoga mats, and in quiet moments over tea. I’ve seen again and again how nervous system care, somatic tools, and soul expression can shift lives.

Ashwild is the legacy of that knowing.

My Approach

I believe in deep listening, slow healing, and the magic of small, intentional steps.

Whether through movement, reflection, creativity or stillness, Ashwild honours the full spectrum of your experience. This is a space where all bodies are welcome. Where your past is not a barrier. Where your limits are not shameful. Where rest, expression, and reconnection are sacred.

Why I Started Ashwild…

Ashwild Healing Arts & Wellness was born from my own journey of healing and self-discovery. I have lived with chronic pain and complex health challenges, which at times left me feeling disconnected from my body and struggling to find relief. Traditional approaches often failed to address the full picture, and I knew there had to be another way.

Through holistic practices, somatic therapy, and a deep commitment to self-healing, I began to shift my relationship with my body. Instead of fighting against it, I learned to listen—to work with it rather than against it. Over time, I found that by integrating somatic work, breathwork, creative expression, and mindful practices, I could bring my body to a place of healing. While chronic conditions don’t simply disappear, continuing my practice has transformed my life, making what once felt unbearable truly manageable.

I created Ashwild as a space for others to do the same—to explore healing in a way that honors the body’s wisdom, embraces the full spectrum of our experiences, and offers real, sustainable change. I have always wanted to help people, and through my own journey, I realized how vital it is to empower individuals in their own healing.

We live in a world that constantly asks us to disregard our own needs, where health and well-being are often afterthoughts. We are bombarded with conflicting information, at the mercy of "pain salesmen," navigating oversubscribed healthcare systems, and moving further and further away from our own intuition and bodies—distracted, disconnected, and disempowered. But I believe that when we reclaim our awareness, listen to our bodies, and take an active role in our healing, we can alleviate years of suffering. And, if we are proactive, we can prevent chronic issues and even permanent damage before they begin.

Ashwild is a gender-inclusive, neurodivergent-welcoming, body-celebrating space.

You don’t need to know the language.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You just need to be willing to come as you are — the rest, we explore together.

Inclusivity & Values

My Vow To You:

I vow to meet you with presence, not perfection.
To honour your story without trying to fix it.
To see your body not as a problem, but as a place of wisdom.

I vow to create space where rest is radical, where limits are respected, and where your truth is welcome — in every tone, silence, and shift.

I will keep learning, unlearning, and listening.
I will move slowly, gently, and with care.
And I will always hold your humanity before your performance.

This work is sacred.
You are sacred.
And you are so very welcome here.
