A weekly sanctuary to release the weight of your day and remember what calm feels like.

Through slow somatic movement, breathwork, and deep guided relaxation, this class helps your nervous system shift from overdrive into ease. Each session includes cacao ceremony and herbal tea in a warm, welcoming space.

An 8-week journey back to your body after birth.

This is not about bouncing back. It's about coming home — to safety, breath, and the body you're learning to live in now. A trauma-informed space for mothers to regulate, reconnect, and rebuild trust with their bodies after birth.

8-Week Journey:

  • Weeks 1-6: Themed sessions (You're Not Alone | Reclaim You | The Rage No One Talks About | Hold Yourself | Finding Yourself Again | Integration)

  • Weeks 7-8: Gentle movement and rest — no themes, just being

What to expect:

  • Slow somatic movement & breathwork

  • Nervous system regulation practices

  • Education on postpartum experiences (the rage, the overwhelm, the contradictions)

  • Community connection with other mothers

  • Tea, coffee & nourishing snacks

Babies welcome (0-12 months or pre-walking)

This 2-hour somatic workshop is your invitation to step out of burnout and reconnect with your body as a place of safety, ease, and thriving.
