Somatic Movement, Breathwork & Deep Relexation

A weekly sanctuary to release the weight of your day and remember what calm feels like.

Through slow somatic movement, breathwork, and deep guided relaxation, this class helps your nervous system shift from overdrive into ease. Each session includes cacao ceremony and herbal tea in a warm, welcoming space.

Wildflower: A Somatic Spring Awakening & Release Workshop

A 2-hour somatic workshop combining cacao ritual, gentle grounding, breathwork, dynamic embodied movement, and deep rest to help you discharge stress, move emotional weight, and reconnect with aliveness.

What to expect:

We'll begin with a cacao ritual to open the space and set intention, then move through four phases:

Ground & Warm (15 mins) - Gentle somatic movement to arrive in your body and prepare for release

Breathe & Ignite (15 mins) - Activating breathwork practices to build energy and begin releasing what's stuck

Move & Embody (30 mins) - Dynamic, intuitive movement where you'll be invited to shake, stomp, take up space, and move however your body wants. This isn't choreographed dance or exercise - it's embodied release. Music-guided but completely personal to you.

Deep Rest & Integration (25 mins) - Guided relaxation and visualization to integrate everything that moved
