Wildlings in Motion Attendance Policy
Wildlings in Motion is a playful, therapeutic mindfulness session rooted in somatic movement, sound, and story. While the space is held with care and intention, it is not a drop-off class.
To ensure the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of all participants:
Children must be supervised at all times.
I kindly ask that a parent or responsible adult remains present for the duration of the session.Adults are welcome to join in or sit to the side.
You’re invited to move, drum, and play alongside your child — or simply observe quietly. Whatever feels right for your family. Please do not touch instruments unless invited.
This allows us to maintain a sense of magic and order within the space. We ask all participants to respect each other’s space and boundaries.
Every child’s nervous system is different — we aim to create an environment that feels safe and joyful for everyone.
These agreements help us co-create a calm, imaginative, and respectful circle.
🌱 Inclusive & Gentle Practice
Wildlings sessions are designed to be accessible, non-competitive, and sensory-friendly. If your child has any additional needs, sensory sensitivities, or communication preferences, please let me know in advance so I can adapt the space accordingly.
🎨 Messy Play & Movement
Some sessions may involve drawing, gentle movement, or use of props. Please dress your child comfortably and be prepared to join in — magic works best when we all participate.
🧾 Booking & Cancellations
Bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session with 24 hours’ notice. If your child is unwell, please stay home to rest — just email and we’ll find another date where possible.
Touch Statement
Some practices may include light physical guidance (with consent). Touch will only ever be used mindfully and respectfully to assist posture, grounding, or integration — and you are always welcome to say no at any time.
