Services & Approach
What can a session help with?
Sessions support stress relief, anxiety, burnout, chronic pain, postpartum recovery, and nervous system regulation using somatic movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices.
What should I expect in a 1:1 session?
Each session is personalized to your needs. We may explore gentle somatic movement, breathwork, energy work, mindfulness practices, and tools you can use in everyday life.
Do I need any experience?
Not at all! No experience with movement practices or somatic work is needed. Everything is accessible for complete beginners and adaptable to all bodies.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and cash for in-person sessions.

Location & Accessibility
Do I need to bring anything to a session?
For in-person sessions, wear comfortable clothing. If it's a movement-based session, you may want to bring a yoga mat (if you have one), water, and a small snack. Hydration and nourishment help support the body during and after the session. Any other equipment needed is usually provided by me unless otherwise stated.
Are sessions suitable for people with mobility limitations?
Absolutely! I tailor sessions to be inclusive and can adapt them for seated or supported movement if needed.
