What to Expect
Each session is 60 minutes and held either in-person or online.
You’ll be guided through a slow, embodied journey — using breath, intuitive movement, and grounding practices tailored to your unique experience.
There is space to speak, reflect, cry, stretch, shake, rest, or simply breathe.
You do not need to be flexible, spiritual, or familiar with somatic work. Just bring yourself.
